CellReset · After day 28
Phase 2: What happens after the 28 days?
The first part of CellReset has a fixed daily schedule. After day 28, the goal is to find a more flexible rhythm for everyday life. Here we distinguish between the program's suggestions and the choices you have to make yourself.
From fixed plan to everyday habits
The first 28 days have a certain number of white and green days each week. Phase 2 is not another 28-day cycle. In the original CellReset material, the continuation is described as six days with a healthy, varied diet and one white day a week. It is a suggested rhythm, not a rule that everyone must follow.
A white day still means the limited type of day from the program, with protein food and without vegetables, fruit and dairy products. Precisely because it is so restrictive, you should consider whether a weekly white day suits you. It is not a requirement in the public dietary guidelines.
What about weekends, holidays and celebrations?
The CellReset material also uses the term "red days" for weekends, parties and holidays. Such days are not part of the first 28-day plan, but may be included afterwards. You don't have to think of a celebration as a "crack". Phase 2 is about finding a rhythm that you can return to in everyday life.
A practical starting point: Plan regular meals that you enjoy during the week, decide in advance how you want to handle weekends and social meals, and consider the program's suggestions for a white day based on your own situation.
What does the app show after day 28?
The app marks that you are in "Lifestyle" after the 28 days have been completed. The daily overview, menu suggestions and checklists can still be used. It does not create a new, locked weekly schedule for Phase 2; you must choose how you want to use the frames further.
A broader basis for everyday food
When you plan your diet further, is The Norwegian Directorate of Health's dietary advice a good public starting point for a varied diet. Among other things, they emphasize vegetables, fruit and berries, whole grains and fish. CellReset's suggestions for weekly white days come from the program, not from this advice.
If you have diabetes, high blood pressure, are pregnant or take medication, you should clarify any major dietary changes with a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional. This also applies if you consider continuing with regular white days.
