Meal with fish and vegetables

The plan through the 28 days

CellReset is built around two day types. On white days the meals consist of protein food. On green days you get a breakfast with, among other things, oatmeal, linseed and natural yoghurt or Skyr, and meals with protein and salad or green vegetables. The app shows menu suggestions and which choices belong to the current type.

Week 1

Seven white days. You get to know the rhythm and the regular meals.

Week 2

Five green and two white days.

Week 3

Five green and two white days.

Week 4

Six green and one white day.

This is the framework for the program. The specific portions, menu suggestions and recipes can be found in the app. You choose the start date yourself, and the daily overview follows you throughout the 28 days.

What happens after day 28?

Then begins what the program calls phase 2: finding an everyday rhythm you can live with going forward. The CellReset material suggests six days with a varied diet and one white day a week. Weekends, holidays and celebrations can also be accommodated after the first period. This is a suggestion from the program, not a medical rule or something that fits everyone. Read more about phase 2 after the 28 days.

What does the app help you with?

The app collects the plan in one place, so you don't have to remember which type of day and which meals apply. It has:

  • daily plan and calendar for white and green days
  • menu suggestions, recipes and the option to enter your own meals
  • checklists, water meter and overview of own weight trend

It's a web app: you can open it in your browser or add it to your phone's home screen.

Price and products

You can try the app for free in 14 days from when you create an account, without a payment card. After that, further access costs NOK 249 per year if you choose to subscribe.

FitLine products are referred to as supplements in the CellReset program and may be purchased separately. You do not need to purchase products to create an app account or try the app. X-lence is an independent distributor and can receive a commission for purchases via its own links.

Is this right for you?

CellReset has fixed limits and limits the food selection, especially at the start. It can be useful to see the whole plan before deciding whether such a structure suits your everyday life. The program promises no specific weight loss or health effect.

Important before starting: CellReset is a dietary program, not a medical treatment. If you have diabetes, high blood pressure, are pregnant or take medication, you should clarify any major dietary changes with a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional before starting.
